Steve Osowicz

Steve Osowicz is an Advisor with SVN Martin Commercial Real Estate in Louisville, KY. He has had his real estate license since 2010 and real estate brokers license since 2015. When Steve got licensed, he opened and ran a property management company in Louisville, covering multiple counties. He grew the company and worked with single family homes, multi-family properties and investor portfolios. Steve later sold the company to a firm out of Cincinnati. After selling the property management company Steve went to work in primarily residential real estate as a multi-million dollar producer. He had the opportunity to work on several commercial deals during this time selling office buildings, development lots, retail, large farms, multi-family, industrial, office and did some leasing. He discovered a passion for commercial real estate after these deals and found an incredible opportunity to use his skills, knowledge and abilities to help clients as an Advisor with SVN The Martin Group Commercial Real Estate. Steve lives in Shelbyville, KY with his wife, 4 children and dog. When he isn’t working with clients, creating financial models or thinking about real estate, you might find him fishing, cooking, playing golf terribly or enjoying a smooth Kentucky Bourbon.
