I'm a software engineer by profession, I own my primary residence in San Jose, CA. I became a licensed real estate agent (CA DRE#: 02066918) since 2018.06. and do listing and selling in the San Francisco Bay area. My goal is to buy and hold 30+ rental properties and have $30k/month net cash flow (this is my freedom number).
