Started off renting our first home when we bought our second. I really treated it like a hobby and not really a business, that was 15 years ago. In December 2020 I started to focus on treating the house as a business. One of the many gifts of Covid was the opportunity to soul search, found Bigger Pockets podcast, read a couple of books and started the journey of real estate investing. Since that time we have grown the business and properties with both STR and LTR and I just love it.
