I'm an extremely ambitious individual that currently teaches high school science and coaches basketball. I'm looking for the next challenge going into the next chapter of my life and this will involve real estate. We are currently in the middle of our first flip (summer 2024) and will be looking to aggressively grow a rental portfolio after that.
