I’m a Tampa Bay–area real estate investor/operator with roughly 25 years of residential construction, renovation, project management, and operations experience. I’m building an end-to-end resource for investors who want help taking opportunities from deal identification through disposition. That can include finding and evaluating potential acquisitions, due diligence and deal analysis, realistic construction scopes and budgets, experienced rehab/construction crews, project management, access to financing resources for qualified investment opportunities, and helping position completed properties for resale or rental. My construction background is especially useful before acquisition. I’m interested in figuring out what a property actually needs, what it should realistically cost, where the execution risks are, and whether the numbers still make sense before money gets committed. I’m looking to connect with investors, wholesalers, agents, private lenders, landlords and other operators throughout Tampa Bay and Florida.
