About myself
Investor in mobile home parks, single-family rental properties, student-oriented rental properties, land and tax deeds. I got started in real estate during my tenure as a retail bank manager, where I discovered that all of my high-net worth customers had substantial holdings in real estate. I've written mortgages, taught real estate for 7 semesters at LSU, and currently appraise commercial real estate for a living.
