I am actively looking for 2-4 plex properties in a value-add opportunity of $500k or less. That will break even ( I realize break even is relative) and have a high potential for future cash flow. Portfolio - three single-family homes; two in North Carolina and one in Indiana. Projects completed - 25% partner in a 4-plex buy/flip in Tennessee (completed).
