Josh Walker

My wife, Karen, and I live in Norman, OK. We are both petroleum engineers. We love sports and make as many OU games as possible. We have 4 amazing kids. We are very active in our church and are passionate about making Jesus the center of all that we do. We have invested in 30+ multifamily syndicated deals. We are managing partners in Arena Investing and have raised over $10M in capital for sponsors of syndications. We are also active neighborhood developers, spec home builders and house flippers. We are very interested in buying our first MHP as well. Our goal is to educate and provide resources to investors who are looking for an alternative to the stock market.
