I've been a real estate investor since 2008. Initially focused on single family rentals, I moved towards commercial properties for the last several years. I now work with experienced syndicates to raise equity funds allowing accredited, passive investors to gain exposure to these investments and above average returns. I enjoy all aspects of real estate and would welcome the opportunity to network with those having an interest in commercial, multifamily properties.
