Stuart Gardner

I’m from South Africa, having moved to the US to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in upstate New York. After which I moved with my now wife to Boston to complete my Master’s degree in International Business. I currently work at the Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School led by Professor Michael Porter. Where I have grown to love value based strategy and work on some pretty interesting projects. Real Estate has always been an interest of mine, with both parents having done some form of real estate career in the past, and having grown up building all the homes I could on the Sims and later CAD. I now would like to start my Real Estate Investment career and am eager to learn and grow in the process. Experience: We did it! First property done! Now taking a breather to fix up the property and get some experience in managing it. Then it's on to the next one. Real Estate Goals: Got our first property done, now looking for the next. Currently Seeking: Always keeping our eyes out for our next multi-unit (2-4) in the Greater Boston area.
