I'm getting back into real estate investing after being a buy and hold investor in the Baltimore market from 2005-2013. My area of focus is to find off market cash flowing SFR/multi-family (1-4) units. My goal is to have 8-10 cash-flowing rentals and venture into STR as well over the next 2 years. My local market is ridiculously inflated, so I am currently focued on the Pittsburgh and Baltimore markets.
