Suhan Junaid

Suhan Junaid is Principal and Chief Investment Officer of Junaid Ventures, a South Florida principal investment firm focused on assisted living and memory care. From 2019 to 2022, he owned and operated Atlantis Senior Living & Memory Care, a 26-bed community, leading a 16-person care team through the pandemic before a successful exit in December 2022. He also acquired a four-unit apartment building in 2015, refinanced to return all original capital in 2018 while retaining full ownership, and sold in 2024 for nearly twice the purchase price. Previously, Suhan spent seven years at UBS, Societe Generale, RBC Capital Markets and CIT Group, advising on more than $20 billion of M&A and debt and equity financings.
