I invest in people and property. As a full time real estate investor for the last 16 years I have developed an expertise in foreclosures, bankruptcy, probate, and non-performing notes. With over 500 flips completed I continue to look for new opportunities in the market and aim to get direct-to-seller, to buy properties with equity. I am the founder of one of the largest and successful Real Estate Investment Clubs in Arizona. We currently have 3 locations throughout the valley where we hold open meetings that are free of charge. These meetings help connect investors, provide networking, resources (including funding) and most importantly, provide current and actionable training on key investment strategies and practices. I believe in sharing my knowledge and experience because it has blessed my life in a powerful way and allowed me to have the lifestyle and freedom to spend time with my wife and 8 kids. I practice what I preach and am active daily as an investor. My goal is to be more active in these types of forums, though my days are full with acquiring properties, managing rehabs, and running successful real estate companies. I feel like my time spent lending my knowledge and experience has rewarded me 10 fold. I have personally mentored over 100 new and seasoned investors, working with them hands-on to coach them towards accomplishing their personal goals in real estate. At the end of the day it's not magic, it's just work.
