I am new to Real Estate but looking to dive in and get my journey started. I have been investing in my education by reading books, listening to the podcast, attending the webinars and surfing BP. I am looking to start my REI career by house hacking. I am looking at Triplex and Fourplex. I will use a FHA loan, rent out the other units and eventually do a cash out refi to launch me into my next property.
