My husband & I are located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. We are very passionate about investing in cash flowing properties. We have been watching BP’s podcasts & webinars and took 'Rent To Own strategy course' with a mentor. We are analyzing properties to find cash flowing properties(min. 1% rule) in Canadian & US markets at the moment. Currently we are looking for properties long distance.
