From there, I expanded into long-term rentals, then scaled my portfolio using the BRRRR strategy to maximize returns. More recently, I’ve focused on short-term rental investing, optimizing properties for maximum profitability while providing great guest experiences. With four hospitality degrees, I have a strong foundation in creating exceptional stays that drive high occupancy and repeat bookings. In addition to growing my own portfolio, I run Fierce Co-Hosting, where I help other investors streamline their short-term rental operations to increase revenue.
