Currently Seeking: 2-50 unit residential properties to BRRRR in Portland, OR, Corvallis, OR and Albany, OR. 20-150 lot mobile home parks in large metro areas (75k+ population) in: Southwest (AZ, NM, TX, UT) Southeast (VA, WV, MD, NC, SC, GA, AL, TN, KY) Experience: Small multifamily and single family rental property ownership in OR, CA and AZ since 2002. Expanded my portfolio in 2016 to include larger apartment communities in central TX and the Carolinas and mobile home parks in the southeast and southwest.
