Jason Baker

I am a licensed Realtor for Future Home Realty here in Volusia County, Florida. I am also a full-time Investor myself. I am a driven, self-starter filled with passion and desire for success in life, I give my all in everything I do. I am always thinking about the next business idea, the next investment, about how something could be more productive or efficient. My personal focus is buy and hold investments utilizing the BRRRR strategy and Rehab to sell (fix & flip). I enjoy taking something that is run down, worn out, not being used and bringing it back to it's full potential, bringing it back to life, making it beautiful again, getting it back on the market. I am connected to a large network here in Florida, Investors, Lenders, Contractors, Property Managers, Attorneys etc. I believe in old fashioned values & morals. I possess integrity & believe we are only as good as our actions say we are. I try to be of service whenever an opportunity arises. Above all else, I am a Christian and a proud American 🇺🇸
