John Arendsen

I’m John Arendsen, owner and curator of Casa de Aire y Sol, which translates to “House of Air and Sun”, a gentle play on our family name. I’m an 80-year-young retired real estate broker, investor, buyer, seller, general contractor, and home design-build developer with more than 50 years in the construction, real estate, and development world. Today, I'm focused on presenting Casa de Aire y Sol as a hosted creative space for photography, video, interviews, brand storytelling, and video productions, carefully curated, intentionally managed, and always respectful of it being our family home.
