In '17 I purchased my first investment property, just a small condo, I’ve purchased one more since. After that I've been saving up for my next purchase. Real Estate Goals: I would like to purchase 10 properties each renting for $1k/month. I would also like to move into purchasing apartment buildings and commercial properties. Currently Seeking: I'm looking for single or multifamily homes.
