I enjoy working with investors to help them build wealth. I enjoy teaching people how to house hack. I have helped multiple clients purchase multifamily properties, STR's (AirBnB's), flips, group homes, vacation homes and primary residences. I have experience with 1031 Exchanges and Self Directed IRA's. I currently work all over the Phoenix metropolitan area, Tucson and up North. I currently have a few SFH rentals, have done a flip and am in the process of acquiring another one plus a SFH. I have many vendor contacts if needed (painters, flooring, plumbing, etc.). In August of 2021 I sold 2 businesses that I ran. I have a business mindset and know all the challenges that come with running a company.
