I am the managing partner of 45 North Investment properties and owner of Level 5 Properties based out of the Twin Cities MN area. I bring over 20 years of construction knowledge and experience from SFR to Commercial and Industrial construction. We have built, remodeled and renovated hundreds of homes in our career. Our passion has always been construction and bringing life back into distressed homes.
