We (my husband and I) are semi-new real estate investors with 3 rental properties. We are focused on the BRRRR process with options to flip as well as wholesale. Our criteria: smaller homes, 2/1, 2/2, 3/1; all-in at or below $200k; hoarder houses, distressed properties, preforeclosures, foreclosures, under water. Always looking to build our partners of contractors, lenders, property managers, agents. In our other life, my husband is a sales executive; I am an author and public speaker.
