Steven Velez

RE investor who has completed a handful of deals. While I have successfully wholesaled a property, my experience in the industry has predominantly been as a rehabber operating out of north NJ. I also have some experience as a landlord-- though this is an area in which I would love to further my education. I have always tried to live my life by the 4 F's-- Faith, Family, Franchise, Fun (in that order). I firmly believe there aren't any shortcuts to success and I wouldn't want it any other way. I am looking to network with other investors in my area as well as the BP community at large. In addition to this, I am always looking to further my education and connect with like minded individuals.
