I'm an engineer looking to buy and hold through the BRRRR method and would like to connect with the best agents, lenders, contractors, and property managers. I would like to reach financial independence so that I can spend more time enjoying life, and be able to provide for a family when the day comes. I bought my first duplex in October 2016 in the Jensen Beach, FL area where I fixed up one side. I live in the other side making repairs while doing Airbnb in a spare bedroom. I'm currently saving up for my second rental property trying to scale up. I wish to be able to do this full time and would love to learn from a mentor since books can only take me so far.
