I have bought and sold property throughout my life as a homeowner and have used some VERY creative means to do so... ;) I was a Real Estate Agent in the Seattle,WA area in the 70's when the market was VERY HOT! We were having bidding wars on properties then! This was my first experience with the Real Estate Market. My life took a dramatic turn shortly after this. Later, after the dust settled from the "Dramatic Turn" I sold Real Estate on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington and really enjoyed it but I have had to retire from selling for Health Reasons. I have always wanted to Invest in Homes and fix them up to Re-sell. I LOVE "Homes" and believe they have Energy from all that goes on in them. I like to restore this Energy to Positive Energy. My Husband loves to do Carpentry and I Love to do Interior Decorating - together I feel we will be able to produce a Good Income and Enjoy ourselves while doing it.
