I'm still certainly a newbie in the world of REI but I'm anxious to step into it more. My husband I and currently have one SF rental which was our starter home and a duplex. We're currently interested in picking several more small multi-family of 2-4 units each. Eventually we would love to get into apartment complexes and/or commercial.
