About myself
I'm a full-time engineering professional working in the Oil and Gas downstream chemicals and refinery sector. I have two rental properties (both single family houses), and I am looking to expand through the BRRRR (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, and repeat) strategy. The goal is to conduct two (2) rehab projects on single-family residential or duplex properties per year, so I can accumulate ten (10) fixed up rental properties in five (5) years. Looking to meet real estate agents who can find deals and contractors who can do the remodeling!
