This is Trevor B. West. I am an Air Force Veteran and I served as an Intelligence Analyst for nearly a decade. Serving was one of my greatest joys. I was selected to join the Joint Special Operations Command - the most elite Special Ops organization in the world. There I built the foundation of learning how to deal with people, responsibility, organizational skills, honor, and loyalty. I presented valuable information to commanders and warfighters in high-pressure environments like Afghanistan, Libya, and Europe. This experience shaped me as it was my duty to keep my team safe and informed when it mattered most. I began investing in real estate in 2019. The transition to real estate was simple. Building a package for enemy target approval by the commander is very similar to building a package for a prospective investment property for approval by my team of investors. The stakes are similar, too. People's lives and people's livelihoods hold a very significant weight. I do not take the responsibility of protecting them lightly. In real estate I have completed over 40 real estate investment transactions. I currently hold 27 doors, and am invested in an additional 40 more doors. During my investing journey I was gifted with the opportunity to emcee a real estate event with over 200 high-level real estate professionals in attendance. This was the beginning of something special, as I am now a professional live event emcee. Today, leveraging my military expertise, fostering camaraderie, and tapping into a vast network of real estate professionals, l am dedicated to cultivating wealth, promoting health, and strengthening relationships for both myself, my team of investors, and people from across the world - all through the impactful realm of real estate.
