Hello, I am a local RN, who is starting my real estate investing journey. Over the past several months, I have been educating myself on this world! I am truly fascinated. I want to say it started years ago, by of course watching HGTV. :) They make it seem so easy. I bought my first personal home in 2017 and started a family. As much as I enjoy nursing, I started looking for ways to make passive income. I always still watch HGTV, and thought--hmmm I think i can do this too. I started by reading books and now subscribing and listening too all the podcast at bigger pockets. I am here to learn and network, look for partners ect! I am an open book and a sponge for education in this field! Thank you all!
