Hello! Profile....well, let's see...I've been a real estate investor for over 30 years, mostly with single family rentals and a flip or two along the way. Wouldn't say that I've been a house hacker, but I'd say i've enjoyed the ability to grow equity in every home I've ever owned and to me that's a pretty sweet deal. I'm currently employed full time as an operator at an electrical power generating plant in Florida. For the past 8 months I've been re-habbing a 20 unit property in Pryor, Oklahoma. I've learned a lot from the bigger pockets members and the podcasts and of course by jumping in to my first "big" deal! Look forward to sharing ideas and experiences and making friends.
