Tae Kim

Hello, My name is Tae and I am a real estate investor based out of New York City. Through this investment journey, I hope to build a diverse REI portfolio that will provide a source of passive income to eventually lead a financially independent life as well as the experiential wealth to assist fellow investors and those getting started. I am currently investing and own two buy-and-hold properties in Birmingham AL. Moving forward, I am looking to take upon more rehab-necessary properties and employ the BRRRR or fix-and-flip strategy, as situationally appropriate.
