I am a consultant in the oil and gas industry. I spend about 9-10 months away from home in busy years and 6 away on slow years. When I am off, I am in Houston full time and do not work. I have looked into real estate investing over the years and am finally ready to take the plunge. My credit is good, I have money saved and have a decent size disposable income to pursue this. Now all I need is a little guidance.
