Tahir Kelly

Tahir Kelly is a coach, father of three, and a hard-working citizen within the Northwest section of Philadelphia. Tahir is currently employed as a Sanitation Worker and Truck Driver with J. P. Mascaro and Sons. As an employee of this company for over thirteen years, Tahir facilitates the trash removal of a number of residential and commercial properties throughout the City of Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs. In this role, he also trains new employees of the company and has developed a strong knowledge of local property trends. As a big believer in the power of passive income, Tahir is also diligently working to grow his expertise as a real estate investor and landlord. Tahir is no stranger to the real estate industry, having spent more than six years as the property manager of a family owned home. In this role, he has worked to maintain this residential rental property by securing tenants, collecting rent payments, making payments on behalf of the property, resolving tenant concerns, inspecting and completing repairs, and planning and overseeing renovations. To bridge his work as a property manager with his desire to invest in properties throughout the Philadelphia area, in 2014 Tahir also participated in the Fortune Builders mentoring program. Drawing on his years of experience in property management, Tahir now focuses mainly on developing a financially sound portfolio of three income producing rental properties within the Philadelphia area by the close of the 2017 calendar year.
