Takashi Sawada

My name is Takashi. I'm a father to two adorable kids and husband to my better-half. Together, we live in Auckland, New Zealand. My wife and I both long for a future where we can dedicate our time selectively to our family, friends and people, whom we would like to be around - rather than meeting obligations to offer our time to an employer. We want to be financially free and are motivated to use real estate as an asset class to help us achieve this. We would ultimately like to be mostly investing in Buy to Hold properties in both New Zealand and the United States of America (as we are both US citizens with dual nationalities) - namely Columbus, OH for the US. In saying this, we are always seeking out any educational opportunities we are permitted, whether it be through networking with more experienced investors, other investors of our skill level or participating in Real Estate Investing workshops. We look forward to networking with others who may be open to let us help them and vice-versa.
