David Moore

I am happily married to my best friend and we have 6 children. I owned and operated an IT consulting firm from 2006-2011 before selling it and taking a job in the Lighting Controls industry. I began investing in Real Estate on the side at that time. I am all about creating systems to reduce work load and like to be very organized. I have a high level of integrity and enjoy providing people with a home and experience I would want for my own family. Experience: Purchasing and rehabbing rental units (as a project manager). Ongoing self-management of tenants in these units.
