Kelly Anderson

I am a licensed realtor in Florida working with Bay Lake Realty, primarily in the Tallahassee-Port St. Joe region of the FL Panhandle. Real estate property types include bulk REOs, residential, retail, industrial, commercial, land, multi-family and specific purpose.I entered the real estate arena in January 2013 learning the intricacies of private funding with commercial real estate before becoming involved with residential loss mitigation services. That business has led to a knowledge base in the wholesale real estate industry as a major part of an investment strategy for early retirement. I enjoy strategizing with sellers in formulating a plan to market their properties in the most efficient manner. I enjoy working with real estate investors looking to prehab, rehab, fix & flip properties in their portfolio. I am the marketing coordinator & negotiator for a real estate acquisition/ wholesaling company in Dallas, TX.
