I am an investor and Realtor that wants to help others invest in real estate. My investing philosophy is to buy houses that no one else wants and turn them into an affordable home that any family would be proud to live in. My ultimate dream would be to create a non-profit company salvaging abandoned homes and turning them into affordable housing and section 8 rentals. I truly believe that we can create better lives through better houses. This is my second profile on Biggerpockets, I was active under my company Rehab Lab, LLC and 3dog Properties but I have had a personal setback in my investing career and I'm starting over.
