Tammy Patchin

Hello fellow Real Estate Professionals - I spent most of my career in the financial services industry, helping these organizations improve operations and enhance customers' experiences. Something was always missing and I realized late in life that I wanted to be self-employed and write my own story. In Summer 2017, I started studying real estate investing and decided my love of design and operations' experience made for a great fit! In January 2018, I left Corporate America and transitioned to REI full-time. This first year has been a year full of lessons and experiences that I am grateful to have learned / experienced. I am finishing my 5th flip and have come to realize each project will teach me another lesson. I am expanding my investing strategy now to Owner Finance, wholesaling and wholetailing. I look forward to connecting with other passionate investors with hopes of learning from others, developing private funding partnerships, creating JV opportunities and expansion into the multi-family investing arena.
