I am a buy-and-hold investor with properties in Maryland and Florida. I recently became a real estate agent and am interested in helping others learn how to buy and hold. I can also take folks out to see potential investment properties, something I wanted - a way to just look - ever since I started investing. They say: if you can't find it, make it.
