Return on Relationships > Return on Investments I always thought my dream was to be a cardiology pharmacist practicing at a learning institute. It seemed appropriate given my Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) at the University of Cincinnati. The truth is, I love investing. And, I love real estate. When you combine the two with meaningful relationships, beautiful results unfold. Take a walk down memory lane with me. I began learning about investments while stuDYING through my PharmD program - counterintuitive, I know. With the little free time I had outside of my studies, I was learning how to invest and how to get my money to work for me. I hoarded every book I could get my hands on and listened to every podcast possible on finance and investments. Naturally, that lead me to real estate and once again, I dug down the rabbit hole. The self-education paid off as my real estate journey started in 2018 when I purchased my first duplex in Cincinnati. That eventually progressed to twelve units under management within two years. As I continued to learn and build new relationships, my focus has transitioned to building wealth through commercial real estate investments. You may be wondering, "why did he leave a career as a pharmacist to pursue real estate?" Fortunately, I realized early on that the most valuable commodity anyone possesses is time. What if we had more time to spend with our family? What if we had more time to do what we love? Realizing time is finite, my passion changed from helping patients live healthier lives to helping people recapture the most valuable currency in existence.
