I'm currently interested in deals in: Oklahoma City, OK, Salt Lake, Ogden, and St. George UT, Montgomery, AL Looking for small multi family properties, or SFR portfolio's that will BRRRR. I purchased my first property in Canada 27 years ago, house hacked a townhouse is Whistler, BC before it had a term! Also owned a Condo that I rehabbed in Vancouver that cash flowed nicely for years, after I moved to California, ultimately managing a single property in another country became a chore and it was time to sell. 5 years ago I got my license and joined a high producing team in Los Angeles where I learned a great deal! A year ago I became solo ageent as I was no longer living in Los Angeles. Summer of 2019, I hosted a Real Estate Seminar, a local winery owner was my guest speaker (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rEy293S3N9I&t=7s), he had leveraged his real estate investments into the purchase of the winery. I was inspired and motivated to put my families real estate investing high on the priority list. Since then, spare time has been spent filling my knowledge gaps, researching markets, and analyzing deals. The goal is to get my first deal under contract before the end of year.
