About myself
With a background in both management and Mortgage and Home Equity Lending in the Banking industry, I have established my Real Estate Investment Company (Fix and Flip) in Dec 2014, with the Goal of Flipping 4 properties in 2015. I currently partner with a friend in finance. Together, we manage 4 units between our holdings, and several for other landlords. Our goal is to finish 4 flips before 2015 year end. *Update- first property turned into a buy-and-hold rental, producing $50, with nothing down, with no partners Target Market's include Whittier/Long Beach/ Greater Eastern Los Angeles, West Riverside County, Sacramento County, and El Dorado County.
