Tanner Shore

Hey BP community! My name is Tanner Shore. I'm 23 years old and I was born and raised in Southern California. I've had an interest in being a real estate investor for a few years, but now that I recently graduated college and have my first full time job I feel like it is finally time to take action. I am brand-spankin new to BP other than listening to the podcasts, so I am trying my best to become a student of real estate in all aspects of it. My 2020 goal is to buy my first OOS rental property (preferably turnkey) to buy and hold for monthly cash flow. Long term, I want to be a real estate investor full-time by 35 years old with a portfolio of rental properties that allow me and my future family to be financially independent.
