I am a W-2 employee looking to get out of the Rat Race. I used to have my real estate license but I let it lapse because I was not using it. Now I am interested in wholesaling to raise capital in order to purchase buy and hold real estate. My last child will be going to college soon and I would like to be able to retire with cash flowing properties.
