Tanya Rooney

I have been flipping since August of 2018. We are on flip #7 and have done 5 or 6 wholesales in the Twin Cities market as well. I was able to quit my job in May of 2020 and flip full time which has been really great. I spent 8 years at a commercial real estate company in a project management role. Having that experience has made the transition into flipping houses a lot easier. We are working on automating our process and hiring out positions within our team so we can be more hands off and start another stream of income (Short or long term rentals? Another business unrelated to real estate? Time will tell!). We are part of a national flipping and wholesaling group that has changed the trajectory of our business and we have started to scale quickly because of it. I am still excited everyday about Real Estate and love to help people out that have questions!
