About myself
I am new in the Real Estate Investment business although I own and manage several multi-family properties. I am a Chemical Engineer and like to work the numbers. I have built several calculators of my own to evaluate different business models. I am looking to join a local group and learn more about it. Looking to purchase several properties in the next few years. Cash-buyer with the option to finance.
