Tara Mansouri

I am a former registered nurse who is now at home with my two kids (ages 5 and 2) while my husband works full time in the medical field. I really enjoy listening to biggerpockets podcasts and am just curious to learn more about real estate, and hopefully soon enough dive in. I am from Buffalo, NY (although I live currently in Northern NJ) and am interested in investing with my husband in Buffalo. I have family still living in Buffalo and visit there often, and find many individuals making positive cash flow in this area due to decent real estate prices, big college town (University of Buffalo, Buffalo State, and a ever expanding medical community near Roswell Park Cancer Institute). My husband and I are interested in buying/holding and would love to team up with potential investors interested in Buffalo or Western NY. We are specifically looking for a partner on the ground who we can build a relationship with and meet as we frequent the area a few times a year. We are also on the look out for property management companies in Buffalo or western NY area, realtors, attorneys who we may team up with and make deals happen.
