I’m Tara, I work in short-term rental compliance, helping investors and agents confirm local laws, secure permits and licenses, register for taxes, ensure accurate and timely filling and remittance and also ensure their listings are fully compliant before going live. I’m here to connect with real estate agents who sell properties to short-term investors so we can work together to help clients invest only in zones and cities where STRs are legally allowed and financially viable. My goal is to make the compliance side stress-free for everyone involved.
