I am an apartment building investor based in Salt Lake City, UT. We invest in assets in Utah (Salt Lake City), Austin, DFW, Raleigh/Durham, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and other primary and secondary growing markets. We look for value-add opportunities where we can remodel/raise rents, stabilize and reposition the asset. We either sell the asset or hold it for long-term cash flow.
